The W.A.D.E.R. Program (Women Aspiring to Develop Eminent Resolve) helps to walk
homeless, disenfranchised women through a process of upward mobility by providing job
training, self-esteem building, and life skills development. It is a goal that can be achieved
as we wade through the process. Goals of the Homeless Center Initiative are:
To Re-build the homeless emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally
To Re-define the homeless for career upward mobility
To Re-connect the homeless back as an active and productive member of the local community
